Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) is organizing the ‘NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025’ at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, from August 5 to 9, 2025 (corresponding to Shrawan 21 to 25 in the Nepali calendar). NAADA and NAIMA are, at their core, quite similar — both represent players in Nepal’s auto industry. Up until last year, everyone came together under the NADA Auto Show banner. But this year marks a shift. With NAIMA breaking off from NADA in an informal split, the two are now going their separate ways, each hosting its own auto show.
Given that the same kinds of businesses and brands are involved in both, the two events are likely to feel pretty similar. Still, both sides are making bold claims — each promising that their show will be bigger, better, and more unique than the other.
This will be the first auto show organized by NAIMA, which was established earlier this year.A total of 21 four-wheeler brands, 18 two-wheeler brands, and 9 commercial vehicle brands are set to participate in NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025.
